Acceptance of Terms

- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site and Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Starlight Studios makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site and Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site and Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Site and Services is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Starlight Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Starlight Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site and Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site and Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Site and Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site and Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to or use of the Site and Services. If you have not paid us for the use of the Site and Services, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall be $100.00 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
